quiet environment studio upgrade high quality staff incompetence midnight disturbance dirty room
the room overlooked waterloo station it was surprisingly quiet. the upgrade to a studio was a nice touch. the high quality feel was present throughout my stay it was noticeable.
the staff did not change the bed sheets after i requested this twice via whatsapp. they knocked at midnight to give me clean sheets i had a do not disturb sign on the door. i found used cups and spoons were not changed either.

excellent location spacious room thoughtful gift convenient bathtub
the location was excellent near the london eye and westminster abbey. my family enjoyed the spacious room with a double bed and sofa bed. a welcome gift for our child was a thoughtful touch. the bathroom featured both a shower and a bathtub, convenient.
i found the breakfast to be quite busy with long queues.

the hotel provides elevators ensuring convenient access to all floors with luggage. the coffee shop located around the corner offers flexibility for morning refreshments. i noted the fresh water available in the lobby for hydration.

the breakfast buffet presented a diverse selection with options of good quality. the restaurant staff worked to accommodate family members so we could sit together. i observed several food options in and around the hotel at all times.
